• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR, administrative roles, or related areas.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using any relevant systems or tools to efficiently manage tasks.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to engage with a diverse group of individuals, from team members to applicants to partners.
• Integrity and Professionalism: Embrace and embody the values of GearUp, ensuring all processes and interactions reflect our core principles.
• Availability: Able to commit a minimum of seven (7) hours weekly.

Primary Responsibilities

As the head of the Human Resources and Administrative Services division, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring GearUp's inner workings run smoothly and efficiently. Here is a scope of the responsibilities we expect you to fulfill;

Strategic HR Management:

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies in line with organizational objectives.
• Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal and ethical standards.

Team Management:
